Sutlej Textiles and Industries Limited manufactures and sells yarns and home textiles in India. It operates in two segments, Yarn and Fabrics. The company offers various yarns, including polyester, acrylic, cotton milange and cone dyed, polyester/cotton, polyester/acrylic, viscose/cotton, micro acrylic, hamel covered, carpet backing and pile, cationic dye able, viscose, modal and tencel, polyester/viscose, acrylic/cotton, modal/cotton, bamboo/cotton, micro polyester, micro modal, low pilling, tencel, and bamboo yarns, as well as yarns from soyamilk fibre and yarn on ready to dye package. It also provides home textiles, such as drapery fabrics; upholstery fabrics; readymades comprising beds, cushions, throws, curtains, bed scarves, etc.; and finishes consisting of fire retardant, bio finish, aroma finish, sctochguard, insect repellant finish, soil repellant finish, airo finish, and deca finish. The company sells its home furnishing products under the Birla Home Decor brand, as well as exports its products to approximately 60 countries in Europe, North America, and South East Asia. Sutlej Textiles and Industries Limited was incorporated in 2005 and is based in Mumbai, India.

Sutlej Textiles and Industries Ltd was incorporated on June 2005 and was created out of a corporate restructuring exercise in which the Textiles Division of Sutlej Industries Ltd (SIL) and DamanGanga Processors Ltd were demerged. It is one of the flagship units of the multi-product conglomerate KK Birla Group.
